New Wine & Beer Retailers Permit

There is a new establishment (Bicycle Bar) located near the intersection of Babcock Rd and Scenic Loop Rd (21880 Babcock) that is requesting a permit to sell alcohol.  The applicants name is “Kremkau Divide LLC”.  In addition to selling alcohol, this establishment wishes to host live music and food trucks.  Some residents and members of our Alliance have requested information on how to protest and/or support this establishment.  We have obtained some contact information and included it below.  Because this establishment is not located within any city the contacts will be Bexar County & TABC:

 

§545.303 – ADDITIONAL PARKING REGULATIONS

(a) An operator who stops or parks on a two-way roadway shall do so with the right-hand wheels of the vehicle parallel to and within 18 inches of the right-hand curb or edge of the roadway.
