Call to Action Regarding Guajolote MUD: What Can I Do?

Between now and February 5th, 2026 we have several opportunities for the community to step up and let their voices be heard regarding Municipal Utility District (MUD) for the Guajolote Ranch development by Lennar Homes.

Key Dates and Action Items:

  • January 16, 2026 – The City of San Antonio Planning Commission will meet at 9:00 at 1901 S. Alamo to discuss Lennar’s request to create a $150 million dollar Municipal Utility District (MUD) to fund the infrastructure build out of the Guajolote Ranch
    • 1. Join us on Friday January 16th at 9:00am to oppose this MUD in person.
    • 2. If you are not able to join in person, you may submit your public comments at your convenience between now and January 16th either by voicemail or online comment form:

  • February 5, 2026 – The San Antonio City Council will vote to approve or deny Lennar’s Municipal Utility District request.
    • Please reach out to your San Antonio City Councilperson and let them know your thoughts about the Guajolote Ranch MUD.
